Some of our volunteers tried on their uniforms for the Combined Ops weekend which they had bought. I'm sure you will agree that they look very smart. The Combined Ops show will take place at Headcorn Airfield over the weekend of 7th/8th August, don't forget to visit the Museum!

We are pleased to announce that the we will now be open every Saturday and Sunday

10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Last admission 4.30 p.m.

Please note, in view of the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19 visitors will be required to wear face masks. There will be a maximum of 40 visitors at any one time to the Museum and social distancing guidelines need to be observed. A one way system is in place throughout the building.

Disabled Access

If you are a disabled visitor we are pleased to say that all

of our displays are fully accessible by wheelchair.

We do not have disabled toilets at the museum but they are available on the airfield.

2 Disabled parking spaces are available outside of the museum. These spaces are for visitors to the museum only they are not for general use by visitors to the airfield who should use the public car park. Spaces are available on a first come basis to book a parking space please ring 24 hours in advance of your visit on 07852771527 to arrange to be let in the security gate.

 We have a Wheelchair available for your use should you need it.


The museum is fitted with CCTV with 24 hour recording for the purpose

of crime prevention and public safety. All activities are recorded to aid prosecution

of criminal activities.

Visitors enter the museum at their own risk. Children must be kept under strict adult supervision at all times, due

to the nature of material on display. Dogs are not allowed in the museum (except for assistance dogs).
